WP2 – Comunicare si diseminare
The objectives in WP 2 are to implement activities regarding internal and external communication, dissemination of results, and public relation. At the beginning the partnership works out a project communication strategy (internal commnication / external awareness) which results in a communication plan. The implementation of this plan will be evaluated on an annual basis by the project coordinator of the LP as well as the media involvement in the activities. It will be distinguished by communication about the project (public relation), communication about the scientific results of the project and communication in the project. Especially the final conference will be used for dissemination of projects end results to a wide public while at the launch event the relevant target groups will be informed. The stakeholder and end user integration is a strategic element of the project und thus also part of WP 4+7. Knowledge transfer between the PP will be guaranteed by the scientific working groups assigned to WP 3+4.
Activities
act. 2.1. Communication strategy: for internal and external communication (materials, procedures for media publicity, coordination procedures, corporate design, etc.), coordination with all PP, distributing the responsibilities and contributions of all partners. Creating a communication plan; update of contact database; this is done by LP who will draft a proposal, will be discussed in a partner workshop to be finalized. Evaluation/revision of the strategy will be in charge of the LP (and of the Consultant will be under-contracted).
act. 2.2. Tools/matrials for public relation and dissemination, target group: partners, stakeholders, wide public: project flyer about the project as well as EU programmes and the resulting activities, flyer with project results, project logo, presentation master, compilation and ongoing of the project website; electronic newsletter, posters or roll-up displays, final brochure comprising project results+C157 C159.
act. 2.3. Project events + coordination with ICPDR: Launch event, representatives of target groups, decision makers. Aim: project aims + contents, clarification of possibilities for participation + cooperation. Final event for dissemination of findings and for information of politics and representatives of target groups, agreement of transnational strategy. Coordination with Flood Expert Group of the ICPDR
